We appreciate as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling to give other clients on our waiting list adequate time and the opportunity to book in. Our automated diary will send you a reminder SMS the day before your appointment. Please reply with a ‘Y’ or ‘Yes’ to confirm.
