Referrals

Appointments for most Health Hub Ulladulla services do not require a referral from a GP or specialist. However, a current Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) from your GP is required for appointments under Medicare. Medicare Care Plan services are currently available for Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy and Psychology (Counselling).

Should you hold a current DVA Gold Card, you may ask your GP to refer you to our practitioners for Chiropractic and Psychology services.

If you are eligible for treatments under WorkCover as a result of a work injury, your GP may refer you for treatments for Chiropractic and Psychology.

Your GP may also refer you for these services if you have a current Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance claim.
